He and his family returned to the Permian Basin after time in Detroit, MI and the Dallas, TX area. When he is not at the office, he enjoys playing racquetball, riding his dirt bike and motorcycle, building models and working on his model trains.

What makes an appointment with Dr. Middlebrook special is the time and attention he gives to his patients. He believes that good medical care consists of patient education and understanding of the problem. You will leave our office knowing what your problem is as well as treatment plan options. We appreciate our patients and think of them as part of our family.

Of course a great doctor needs a great crew. Jessica, Cristina, Linda, and Julie are happy to help you. From making your appointment, to holding your hand if needed, they will be there until you don't need them any longer.
